Decrepit

Nobody has lived in this house off of SC HWY 421 for over 10 years although I have seen the owner before.

Last time I saw the owner was in 2005 and he was complaining about how people vandalized this place yet he doesn't even try to take care of it himself, and seeing the old beer cans on the ground really tells you what kind of people used to live here so that pretty much tells you the story.

When I last saw the owner in 2005 he was actually plotting to move back in which stunned me. The house wasn't in this bad of condition then but it was still pretty bad and if I owned it I would have destroyed it before it looked like this. The funny thing is the owner owns another property which has a much better house so maybe he was joking about moving back here at least I hope he was.

I used this title because that's how my sister described it and I figured that word sums it up best.
